If you want to keep your property just for yourselves and friends and family, we can tailor our services to give you peace of mind.  

Included in a small monthly charge is not just keeping your keys securely - together with a second set which can be used when any artisans may need to access the property - but also a regular check of your property.  Attention to detail starts there - we will for instance read your electricity and water meters on those checks, providing a useful audit trail and allowing any out of the ordinary useage (there might be a leak!) to be spotted immediately.

Emergency call-outs - hopefully not necessary but these would be charged at our basic hourly rate  subject to a minimum charge of two hours. This could be for guests or friends you might have staying, police or other public bodies. 

Security checks - probably be more relevant in low season. The frequency would be agreed with yourselves and would be charged at a standard rate agreed with you dependent mainly on location but based again on our standard hourly rate.

Mail forwarding - assuming the collection was possible either at changeover or security visits the cost would be only what we incurred.

We will take care of the property, alert you to any possible problems before they become real issues, and send you photographic evidence of anything we need to discuss with you.  We will take deliveries for you, shop for essentials prior to your arrival, air and clean the house, mow the lawn, trim the hedge - either on a regular or ad hoc basis.  This may be the most basic package available to clients, but it is undertaken as professionally and thoroughly as everything else we do.
