Let us do some reconnaissance for you to save you time and energy. Before you come and look, let us help you to narrow down your property search so that when you do visit you are able to view properties that are appropriate for your wish list.

Les Bons Voisins does not operate as an estate agent, or take any commissions as a result of property searches, but rather works on a 'time basis', viewing properties on behalf of clients. Acting as your 'eyes and ears', we do all we can to save you time and unnecessary trips to view obviously unsuitable properties.

Once you have made a short-list of properties, we can visit them on your behalf and send you a detailed report. From that, you can decide which properties to visit in person and we can make appointments on your behalf to make the best of your time here.

If you would like us to do some preliminary research by speaking to local immobiliers on your behalf, email us your budget and wishlist and we can use our contacts to help find what you are looking for.

Immobiliers will then contact you directly with any possibilities that match and you can come back to us to check out anything which appears to match.  We can let you know when it is worthwhile for you to come over and view - saving you time, money and effort in your search - all part of the service.
